Can I track my delivery via Track & Trace?

Once our craftsmen have delivered your bed perfectly, they will make sure it is completely ready for shipping. As soon as your bed has been registered with our carrier, you will receive a Track & Trace code. This way you can follow every step of the delivery and you can look forward to the arrival of your new purchase with excitement!

Can I schedule my delivery?

In most cases, you can reschedule a shipment with your tracking code. For example, are you going away for a while because you are enjoying a well-deserved holiday? Let us know when you order! Then we will make sure that your delivery always takes place at a time that suits you. Don't worry, we will arrange it for you!

Is there international shipping?

I have received multiple Track & Trace codes?

Please note that your order may consist of multiple packages, especially if you also ordered a mattress or a large bed. In that case, you may receive multiple tracking codes. Our carrier does its utmost to deliver all packages at once, but unfortunately this is sometimes not possible. Don't worry, we will keep you informed so that you know exactly when everything will arrive!

Will my delivery also be carried upstairs?

Whether the bed is carried upstairs depends on the mood of the driver who is delivering your bed. Fortunately, there are several drivers who are happy to lend a hand and lift the bed for you! Please note that contractually, the delivery takes place to the front door on the ground floor.

Injury

My delivery arrived damaged and/or a part is missing.

It is of course annoying if your bed is damaged during delivery or if a part is missing. Don't worry, we are ready to solve this for you as soon as possible. If this happens to you, send us an e-mail with clear photos, the indication number of the damaged or missing part (can be found in the manual) and your order number. We will make sure that your little one can still sleep in his or her bed quickly.

Are there any replacement parts?

Sometimes it can happen that your bed gets damaged by your own actions, for example during a move. Contact us to explore the possibilities for replacing the damaged part. Send us an email with clear photos and the indication number of the damaged part (found in the manual), so that we can help you as soon as possible!

Returns

Can you return products if you have changed your mind?

How does the refund work?

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified immediately. We will also let you know if your return is approved. If approved, we will automatically refund your money via the original payment method within ten business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and credit your account. Don't worry - we'll make sure it's all taken care of!
