Return period
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return, without giving any reason. This cooling-off period is in accordance with European consumer protection legislation.

Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as when received
- Be unused
- Have all original labels attached
- Be in the original packaging
- Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

- Please include your order number and the reason for the return
- We will send you return instructions within 2 working days
- Items returned without prior request will not be accepted

Return costs
The costs of returning items are at your own expense, unless the item is defective or damaged or you have received the wrong item.

Damage and problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately at info@cozycott.com if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You have received the wrong item
- Parts are missing
In these cases, we will evaluate the problem and resolve it for you free of charge.

The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Items on sale

Exchanges
We do not offer a direct exchange service. The fastest way to receive a different item is:
- Return the current item according to the above procedure
- Place a new order for the desired item once the return has been accepted

Refund
- After receipt and approval of your return, you will receive confirmation within 2 working days
- The refund will be processed within 10 working days via your original payment method
- It may take 3-5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
- Please contact us at info@cozycott.com if you have not received a refund after 15 working days.

Legal rights
This return policy does not affect your legal rights as a consumer. In accordance with European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), you are entitled to:
- A 14-day cooling-off period (we give you a 30-day cooling-off period)
- Refund within 14 days of receiving the return
- Conformity of goods in accordance with Directive 2019/771/EU
