30-day cooling-off after receipt, no reason needed. First email info@cozycott.com with your order number. We then send instructions within two working days.

Unused, original packaging, all parts. We do not accept returns without prior notice.

Return shipping if you change your mind: your cost. If defective, damaged on delivery or the wrong item: ours.

No exchange desk. Return, then place a new order.

Refund via the original payment method, after receipt and inspection. We may wait until the goods are back.

Mattress with a broken seal: no cooling-off. Legal rights for non-conformity still apply.
