Delivery

Every Cozy Cott bed is made to order. Allow about 2 to 4 weeks to the front door.

Carrier: GLS. Once the parcel is booked in, you receive one or more tracking codes.

Standard shipping is free to the countries we deliver to. That is the country list on this site — not ‘all of Europe’, and not the United Kingdom or Northern Ireland.

Switzerland is on that list, but it is not an EU country. Customs or local rules may add steps; those will show at checkout once Shopify is connected.

Because of size, boxes often travel as separate shipments. They may arrive on different days.

Delivery to the ground-floor front door. Islands are often unreachable. Email us if you are unsure.
